Before retiring in 2020, Scott was a founder of Tenzer and Lunin, representing a wide variety of health care providers and general commercial clients for over 40 years, on corporate, licensing and regulatory matters, including structuring, negotiating and closing business transactions, financing acquisitions, certificate of need applications, regulatory compliance, HIPAA and corporate compliance, HUD-insured financings, Medicare, Medicaid and third-party reimbursement, audit and overpayment issues, and anti-kickback, self-referral, fraud and abuse issues.
