Tenzer and Lunin LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Steven J. Katz, Esq., formerly Special Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, who joins the firm as a Partner to reinforce our deep experience in core areas including health care regulatory, compliance, audits and investigations and who further expands the overall scope of our health care legal practice. 

Steve adds a wealth of knowledge with his nearly two decades of regulatory and litigation experience including representing clients in regulatory audits, investigations and litigation, fraud and abuse issues, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and recoupment issues, and client advocacy in matters before NYS OMIG, NYS MFCU, Federal OIG and CMS.
